Report card sections explained
Visitors, rankings, best pages, content, website health, reputation, AI search and opportunities, one by one.
Visitors from Google
How many people visited from Google search, how many times you appeared in results, and your average position, with month-by-month bars. It also shows how many visitors searched for your business by name versus found you while looking for what you offer (new customers).

Google rankings
How many searches show you in the top 3, on page 1, on page 2 or further back, and your top searches with position changes.

Your best pages
The pages that bring the most visitors, with their change versus the previous period.

Content publishing
New and updated pages found in your sitemap each night, how regularly you publish, how fresh your content is, and whether new pages are showing on Google yet. Click See all content → for the full list.

Website health
Your health score, important issues, things to fix, and what was fixed this period, plus an essentials checklist (security, sitemap, robots.txt, pages hidden from Google, AI access and more).

Reputation (backlinks)
Websites linking to you, your site strength, new and lost links, and the quality of each linking site. Click See all backlinks → for every link. Shown once the first backlink check has run.

AI search
Whether ChatGPT and Gemini recommend you for your customers’ questions, whether Google’s AI Overviews cite you, and who AI recommends instead. Click See full AI details →. Shown once the first monthly AI check has run.

Biggest opportunities
A short to-do list ranked by how many extra visitors each fix is worth: keywords close to the top 3, pages people see but don’t click, questions where AI skips you, and technical problems.

What we did
The work your agency completed and verified in the period: links built, content published and fixes made.
